Because of my annual house move, I need to find new places for my possessions – mostly charity shops! A few precious items with no practical value, but immense sentimental worth are being transported to my parents. My model of Hackney is the biggest thing I’m transporting to Birmingham. Lugging a huge model wrapped in dark green plastic took planning and was made easier by travelling on the weekend.
A rough sketch was made during my journey on the underground and much of this drawing was completed whilst I was at my parents, being slowly fattened up.
